Pagadian City – Implementation of Provincial Ordinance No. 036-2020 in relation to Section 11 (Curfew) of Executive Order No. 2021-05 “An Order Adopting The IATF Resolution No. 101, Series of 2021 Dated February 26, 2021 As Well As Lifting Of Stringent Measures For The Province Of Zamboanga Del Sur” was conducted at about 1:00 A.M. of March 13, 2021 by PNP Mobile Patrollers of this station led by PSMS Cyruz T. Sabuero, Shift Supervisor.
The apprehension was made when the abovementioned PNP personnel of this station conducted roving on board their respective mobile patrol vehicles and further saw the herein mentioned individuals roaming around pass 12:00midnight along the thorough fares of this city that prompted them to place those persons under custodial investigation in violation of same provincial ordinance. Furthermore, the same individuals were held temporarily under protective custody while waiting for proper disposition.
