Supervising the inoculation are Dr. Jose Llacuna, Jr, and Dr. Cheryl Gotinga, Medical Center Chief of CRH.
Dr. Angel Eugenio Batac, 45 years old medical specialist and head of the department of medicine of Caraga Regional Hospital made a history as the first recipient of Sinovac in Caraga region.
