“WHEREVER YOU ARE, PDEA WILL GET YOU”
Early this morning, August 21, 2020, two (2) drug personalities, live-in partners, were caught in a PDEA initiated buy-bust operation jointly conducted by elements of PDEA 10 Misamis Occidental Provincial Office, PDEA IX, PDEG SOU IX, Molave Municipal Police Station, Ozamiz City Police Station, Tangub City Police Station, 1st PMFC Misamis Occidental, PIU Misamis Occidental and PDEU Zamboanga Del Sur.
The said operation, which was conducted at Purok Elena, Brgy. Sudlon, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur, resulted in the successful arrest of RICARDO S. UY JR. a.k.a HALAP, male, 54 (Priority Person of Interest – PDEA 10) and his live-in partner, PRINCESS JERLEN M. GUIEB, female, 22, and the confiscation of a total of ten (10) sachets of suspected shabu weighing MOL 10 grams with an estimated street value of ₱ 68,000.00.
The suspect alias “Halap” is a known drug pusher in Ozamiz City Misamis Occidental and Molave, Zamboanga del Sur. He is also allegedly involved in gun-for-hire and robbery hold-up.
The confiscated pieces of drug evidence were brought to PNP Provincial Crime Lab, Pagadian City for examination. Cases for violation of RA 9165 are being prepared against the suspects for filing before the honorable court.
