The City Government of Zamboanga officially opened the Cosechas de Zamboanga 2020 Thursday morning and will be until October 15.
Carmencita Sanchez, city agriculturist told RPN DXXX, 22 exhibitors participated during the said activity.
These exhibitors are farmers who came from barangay La Paz and some members of the Assosacion del maga Exhibidores de Ciudad de Zamboanga.
Fruits, vegetables, seedlings, and food items are being sold at an affordable price.
The city agriculturist assured, health protocols and security measures will be strictly followed with the help of the police.
Cosechas de Zamboanga is one of the yearly activities during the Zamboanga Hermosa Festival 2020.
During this activity, farmers showcase their farm goods and produced and sell it at a cheaper price.
