Iriga City – The struggle is real for all Converge subscribers in Rinconada area in Camarines Sur two months after the series of typhoons lashed the area.
Up until now, internet services from the company have not been restored despite tremendous follow-ups in their Naga office. A subscriber who reached out to Pasada Rinconada on condition of anonymity revealed that despite the no internet status, the company sent her bill for November 2020.
The irked lady was forced to proceed to the company’s office in Magsaysay Avenue Naga City but to her surprise, it looked like a box-office theater due to the long queue of irritable subscribers complaining poor technical support.
The company have not yet issued any statement on the progress of their restoration in Rinconada. Instead, their official social media page just keeps on hyping their free speed boost promo.
