Governor Dale Corvera established checkpoints in Carmen, Buenavista, RTR and Kitcharao.
During the implementation of the community quarantine in the province of Agusan del Norte, non-residents of the province whose workplace is within the jurisdiction of the province can enter provided that they can present valid ID, certificate of employment or any proof of employment. Residents of the province are also not allowed to exit from the province except for essential travels.
