Gidakop sa Danao City Police Station ang usa ka 52-anyos nga lalaki nga wala’y trabaho kaniadtong Pebrero 13, 2026, pinaagi sa Alias Warrant of Arrest tungod sa kaso nga Rape.
Ang suspek, nga nailhan lang sa alyas nga “Rufing,” minyo ug residente sa Purok Punay, Sitio Comon, Barangay Maslog, Danao City, wala piyansa nga girekomendar.
Gipahigayon ang pagdakop sa Intelligence Unit ug Warrant Server sa Danao City Police pinaagi sa pagserbisyo sa Alias Warrant of Arrest nga gi-isyu ni Hon. Samson Troy K. Layese, Presiding Judge sa Regional Trial Court Branch 25, Danao City, Cebu.
Gidayeg ni PCOL Abubakar Mangelen Jr., Provincial Director sa Cebu Police Provincial Office, ang operating team sa malampusong pagpatuman sa warrant.
