Cebu: Kapitolyo makigtagbo sa mga stakeholders sa Alegria oil field; sharing schemes sa abot usa sa mga tukion

Cebu City – Giplanohan sa Cebu Provincial Government nga makigtagbo sa mga stakeholders sa Alegria oil field karon nga gi expect nga mahibalik na ang pag trabaho sa site.

“Since they are slowly going back to normal, I’m also back on my normal-fighting self. Fighting for the LGU and fighting for the province (over the sharing schemes),” pahibaw ni Garcia ngadto sa mga tigbalita.

Ubos sa Presidential Decree 87 o ang Oil Exploration and Development  Act of 1971, ang goberno sa Pilipinas maka dawat ug 60 porsento nga share gikan sa net sales sa proyekto; ning maong proyekto ang CIMP dunay 40 porsento nga bahin.

Gikan sa 60 porsento nga share sa goberno, bahinon kini sa mosunod: 60 porsento adto sa national government, 18 porsento alang sa Alegria Municipal government, 14 porsento bahin sa host Barangay Montpeller ug otso persento ang madawat sa kagamhanan sa lalawigan sa Sugbo.

Ang Alegria usa ka fourth-class nga munisipalidad, nahimutang sa 115 kilometros southwest sa dakbayan sa Sugbo.
