Nasikop sa anti-illegal drug operation ang usa ka High-Value Individual (HVI) sa najalabay na gabii, Pebrero 12, 2025, sa Barangay Upper De La Paz, Cortes, Bohol.
Narekober sa operasyon ang usa ka kilo nga gituhuang shabu nga nagkantidad og Php 6.8 milyon.
Ang suspek, si Jad (di tinuod nga ngalan), 30-anyos, taga-Clarin, Bohol, nadakpan atol sa buy-bust operation nga gihimo sa Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU) – Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU), uban sa suporta sa Cortes Municipal Police Station (MPS), Regional Intelligence Unit 7 – Police Intelligence Team (RIU7-PIT), ug Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA).
Matod ni PLTCOL Joemar S. Pomarejos, hepe sa PIU/PDEU, nasikop ang suspek human kini nakigsabot sa undercover operative nga nagpaila nga mamalit og ilegal nga drugas.
Karon, ang suspek kasamtangang gibalhog sa Cortes Municipal Police Station ug mag-atubang og kasong paglapas sa RA 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
