Be informed that at about 8:15 AM of December 5, 2020, warrant server and Intel Operatives of Dapitan City Police Station (CPS) led by PCpl. Romer Ruiz conducted intel driven operation against wanted person at Brgy. Ba-ao, Dapitan City that resulted to the arrest of William Molina Renacia, 36 years old, male, married, a resident of Brgy. Ba-ao, Dapitan City, by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for violation of Grave Slander docketed under Criminal Case No. 19037 issued by Presiding Judge Hilarion Jonathan G. Maagad of MTCC, 9th Judicial Region, Dapitan City dated October 21, 2020 with bail bond recommending to ₱ 6,000.00.
Subject person is now under custody of Dapitan CPS for proper disposition.
