Be informed that at about 9:30 PM of November 23, 2020, personnel of Mutia Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PMSg. Alnito Aya–ay conducted law enforcement operation at Brgy. Sto Tomas, Mutia, Zamboanga del Norte and arrested four (4) suspects for illegal gambling locally known as “chiquicha”, namely; Charlemagne Salmorin, 33 years old, John Kevin Pingkian, 27 years old, Edmund Palma, 28 years old, and Jeffrey Salcedo, 26 years old, all residents of said place.
Recovered from their possession were playing cards and bet money amounting to ₱ 240.00 in different dominations. Arrested persons and the seized items are now in custody of Mutia MPS for proper disposition.
