Arrest Of Other Wanted Person At Sitio Diongan, Brgy. Siparok, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga Del Norte

Be informed that at about 6:10 PM of November 23, 2020, personnel of Jose Dalman Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PSMS Fernando S. Gomolon Jr. conducted law enforcement operation at Sitio Diongan, Brgy. Siparok, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga del Norte and arrested BERDAN AGAO SUMANGKAD, 48 years old and a resident of said place.

Subject was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of “ESTAFA” docketed in Criminal Case No. 6112 issued by Judge CHERRY JOY C CONCHA-AGEAS, 9^th RTC, Branch 11, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte dated August 28, 2020 with bail bond amounting to ₱ 40, 000.00.

Arrested wanted person is now under the custody of Jose Dalman MPS for proper disposition
