Councilor Aga G. Suan urges companies doing business in the city to give benefits due to the city government.
He said this during the meeting of the committee on subdivision and landed estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas yesterday.
The committee was discussing the endorsement of City Administrator Roy Hilario P. Raagas relative to the request of Wee Comm Magnum Properties, Inc.’s (WeeComm) to allow them to construct in Manambulan, Davao City the socialized housing component of its housing project Intalio Estates located at Sitio Agong, Canitoan, this City.
Councilor Suan said it is not beneficial to do business in the city without giving what is due to the City Government.
The 15% socialized housing component can be in any form that will benefit the city as they do business here.
