Police personnel of Dipolog City Police Station (CPS) conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Brgy. Sta. Isabel, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte at around 5:00 PM of September 28, 2020. The operation resulted to the arrest of Teresa Briget Tacujan Kuan, 33 years old, female, single, businesswoman and a resident of Brgy. Dos, Katipunan, Zamboanga del Norte.
This is by virtue of warrant of arrest for Violation of RA 10175, Sec. 4 for Content Related Cyber Crime or Cyber libel, docketed under Criminal Case No. 104-2020-DPL, issued by Jose Rene G. Dondoyano, Presiding Judge of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 6, Dipolog City, dated September 25, 2020 with bail bond of ₱ 60,000.00.
