The Saint John The Baptist Parish Roman Catholic Church in Barangay Ipil, Surigao City successfully conducted a blood letting activity last Friday, August 21, 2020 in partnership with the Rotary Club of Surigao City.
Reverend Father Al Bonono said it was their Basic Ecclesial Community (BEC) Anniversary and decided to launch an activity to help those in need of blood in the hospital.
The Rotary Club of Surigao City led by President Ricardo Ragas and Project Chairman VP Alfonsito Amoncio extended their full support to the parish. There were 170 blood donors listed in coordination with the City Health Office and Philippine Red Cross. (RCSC | Jun Supera | RPN DXKS Surigao)
