Bacolod City – The Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) has seized 11 kilos and 653.11 grams of illegal drugs worth P79,241,131.68 here from April 18 to December 18.
Based on the record of the BCPO, 318 anti-illegal drug operations were conducted which resulted in the arrest of 383 persons within nine months since the assumption of Police Colonel Noel Aliño, BCPO director here.
For the wanted persons, 125 most wanted persons were arrested while 256 other wanted persons were apprehended.
In the campaign against illegal gambling, 159 operations were conducted leading to the arrest of 527 individuals and confiscation of P43,488 bet money.
In the campaign against loose firearms, 31 persons were arrested while 32 firearms were confiscated by the police.
