Operatives of CIDG RFU13 – Surigao del Norte PFU and Surigao City Police Station together with DTI Surigao representatives led by Maria Lourdes A. Chua and representatives from LGU Surigao led by Atty. Manuelito D. Delani (City Legal Officer) both members of LOCAL PRICE COORDINATING COUNCIL conducted Buy-bust police operation Anti-illegal profiteering of Non-medical grade Face Shield products in consonance with the CIDG Flagship Project “Oplan Megashopper” that resulted to the arrest of the above-mentioned suspect and confiscation of pieces of evidence.

1. 160 pieces of Non-medical grade Face Shield with estimated market value of ₱ 12,000.00 sold at ₱ 85.00 per pieces.

DISPOSITION:
Arrested person and confiscated evidences are under the custody of RFU13 SDN PFU for documentation and proper disposition while a case for Violation of Sec. 6(c) of RA 11469 is being prepared.
