“Kudos to your effective response to the Covid-19 crisis, and please continue the good practices you’ve started in the CARAGA region to address the pandemic. Fight on, don’t be complacent.” These were the words of encouragement of Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles in a meeting with officials and representatives of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID), National Task Force (NTF) for Coronavirus Disease-2019 (NTF COVID-19), Cabinet Officer for Regional Development and Security (CORDS), One CARAGA Shield and local chief executives (LCEs) from the region last August 19, 2020.
