The City Government of Zamboanga fully supports the Supreme Court of the Philippines in the conduct of the 2022 Bar Examinations at the Ateneo de Zamboanga University (ADZU) in November.
Mayor Beng Climaco personally relayed the city government’s full support to the very significant activity to Supreme Court personnel who paid her a courtesy visit in City Hall Monday morning. She likewise thanked the SC team for choosing Zamboanga City as one of the venues for the Bar Exams.
Primary agenda during the meeting in City Hall was the needed preparations for the upcoming bar exams.
The Supreme Court team was led by Atty. Jul Ahmed Gaspar and was accompanied by Executive Judge Peter Eisma and other court officials during the courtesy call.
Mayor Climaco was joined by City Secretary Atty. Kenneth Beldua, Atty. Xavier Sinon and Mr. Arturo Cabidog of the City Legal Office.
Last July, the SC announced that this year’s Bar exams will be held in 25 remote testing sites across the country, including Zamboanga City. In the past, the Bar had always been held in one site, usually a university in Manila.
