Bacolod City – The Bacolod Sangguniang Panlungsod is encouraging all public officials, government employees, departments, agencies, and those persons clothed with public interest, to exercise extreme caution in their cyber dealings, including the use of social media.

The resolution authored by Councilor Jason Isidro Villarosa is also requesting the Department of Information and Communications Technology for assistance regarding the same.

It may well be of public knowledge that the MassKara Festival page has been hacked and has been posting inappropriate content, it said.
