Provincial Legal Officer Atty. Alberto Nellas Jr.  said that he already forwarded his investigation report to Gov. Lacson, including his recommendation.

Nellas said he will be leaving the decision for Gov. Lacson, whether or not he will act on his recommendations.

While he did not disclose the recommendations, Nellas said they have proven that the PDMPD drivers, mostly Contract of Service workers, have indeed committed repeated violations.

On the other hand, the probe is still ongoing against five other PDMPD employees, regarding their behavior against their fellow workers.

The Progressive Alliance of Capitol Workers (PACE) earlier called for a fair probe on the PDMPD workers, stressing that while they are not tolerating misbehavior among their members, due process should be accorded.

Meanwhile, Nellas said that the 60-day preventive suspension of five employees of the Office of the Provincial Agriculture has already lapsed.
