The city government conducted the ceremonial launching of both the “One Hospital Command Center” and “BaCTrac Contact Tracing System” at the Bacolod City Government Center. This is in line with the local government’s thrust to curb the COVID19 cases through a more effective contact tracing system.
Leading the launching are Mayor Evelio Leonardia – head of Emergency Operations Center (EOC); Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran, assistant head of EOC; City Administrator Em Ang, who is also the executive director of EOC; IATF-Visayas chief implementer Major General (Retired) Mel Feliciano and his wife Mia, Councilor Renecito Novero, Councilor Lady Gles Pallen, City Health Officer Dr. Ma. Carmela Gensoli, and DILG-Bacolod city director Ma. Joy Maredith Madayag.
