“I guess it makes Atty. Orola very happy,” Lacson said.

Glen Badon, the national executive director of the Pederalismo ng Dugong Dakilang Samahan (PDDS), earlier said “I can personally and categorically say that he has the support of [President Duterte].”

Orola is the PDDS gubernatorial bet in Negros Occidental.

“We will know the results in two weeks,” Lacson said.

Badon also revealed the ongoing talks between PDDS and matriarch Olivia Yanson of the Yanson Group of Bus Companies, for her support to the candidacy of Orola.

If talks with the Yansons somehow confirms that a branch of Yanson is supporting Atty Orola, that something we already knew even before, Lacson said.

“I am just wondering why it was denied,” he further said.

Yanson is on the side of her daughter, Ginnette and Leo Rey. (Gilbert Bayoran via The Visayan Daily Star (TVDS), photo courtesy of TVDS)
