Bacolod City dengue cases down

The total reported dengue cases in Bacolod City from January 1 to February 10 was recorded at 60, a decrease of 15.5 percent compared to last year, covering the same period.

The Bacolod City Health Office recorded no deaths this year, compared to 1 in the same period last year.

The age range of affected individuals is between 9 months to 98 years old, while the age group with the most cases is the 1 year old to 10 years old.

The barangays identified with clustering of cases are Taculing, Mansilingan, Cabug, and Granada.

The CHO has conducted fogging operations in Brgys. Taculing, and Mansilingan.
