Bacolod City – Pensioners and Persons with Disabilities who are members of the Social Security System, need not to go to SSS offices in order to process or follow up their claims.
Rep. Emilio Bernardino Yulo recently said that his congressional office is offering services to assist SSS members in 5th district of Negros Occidental, which he started last year.
The mobile SSS E-Center, which is being brought even to 5th district barangays, caters to online registration, application for disability and death claims, funeral, sickness, maternity, retirement, and unemployment benefits. Loan verification, Annual Confirmation of Pensioner’s (ACOP) and E4 services, known as Member Data Change Request.
Since last year, Yulo reported that more than 7,000 SSS members availed of SSS E-Center services in the 5th district alone, and 2,000 more in January this year, in collaboration with the 5th district congressional office.
