Bacolod City – A total of 241 hog raisers affected by African Swine Fever in Bacolod City are expected to receive financial assistance next month, as facilitated by the Bacolod City government.
City Legal Officer Atty. Romeo Carlos Ting disclosed that each hog raiser will receive P10,000, expected to be distributed next month.
The banning period for the synchronized barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections ends November 29.
The cash aid will come from the government’s Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations (AICS).
