Be informed that on December 27, 2020, at about 2:00 PM PNP personnel from Kalawit Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PCPT. MENDEL CASAO – ACOP in coordination to Liloy Municipal Police Station (MPS) arrested Joel Hotilano Arellano, male, married, 42 years old (Date of birth: June 12, 1978), farmer, Filipino and a resident of Brgy. Batayan, Kalawit, Zamboanga del Norte for Attempted Homicide with Criminal Case No. 3964-K issued by Hon. Jerry B. Patcho, Presiding Judge of 6th MCTC, Labason-Gutalac-Kalawit, 9th Judicial Region, Labason, Zamboanga del Norte dated December 16, 2020 with bailbond recommended amounting to ₱ 36,000.00.
Arrested suspect is now in the police custody of Kalawit MPS for proper disposition.
