Be informed that at about 9:00 AM of September 20, 2020 at Brgy. Letapan, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte, Intel Operatives of Polanco Municipal Police Station (MPS) composed of PCMS Simeon C. Wapelle-Team Leader together with PMSg. Gary Lloyd V. Dingding-Warrant Server and other 4 PNCOs conducted law enforcement operation (warrant of arrest) that resulted to the arrest of Rey Osur Basergo, 38 y.o., married, farmer and a resident of Brgy. Letapan, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte.
Subject person was arrested for the crime of Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Serious Physical Injuries and Damage to Property docketed under Criminal Case No. B-76087 issued by Presiding Judge Kenneth P. Rosal of MTCC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 2, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte, dated September 7, 2020 with bail bond recommended fixed at Thirty Thousand pesos (₱ 30,000.00) for his temporary liberty.
The said accused is now under the custody of Polanco MPS for proper disposition.
