Members of ‘Klarex nga Serbisyo sa Kable Task Force’, led by National Telecommunications 10 Regional Director Ted Buenavista, paid a courtesy call to Mayor Klarex Uy earlier this morning.
This after Cagayan de Oro City was identified as the only LGU in the country to establish a task force on fixing dangling cable wires.
During the visit, the task force mentioned that the Department of Information and Communications Technology acknowledges the LGU-CDO for its initiative in fixing cable wires, and the establishment of the task force.
Cagayan de Oro City’s initiative will soon be replicated in Quezon City, according to the DICT.
