At around 2:50 AM today, Aug. 10, 2020, 38 returning OFWs arrived at the Bancasi airport aboard PAL sweeper flight PR 4993.
The breakdown of the 38 returning OFWs is as follows:
Butuan City – 13
Agusan del Norte – 7
Agusan del Sur – 4
Surigao del Norte – 7
Surigao del Sur – 5
Dinagat Islands – 1
Misamis Oriental – 1 (Gingoog City)
18 of the arriving OFWs (Butuan City-13 ; Cabadbaran City – 1 ; RTR – 3 ; Sibagat, Agusan del Sur – 1) were fetched by their respective LGUs at the airport while the remaining 20 were temporarily billeted at the accommodation arranged by OWWA Caraga while waiting for their concerned LGUs to ferry them to their respective localities subject to the established health protocols in their area.
