Gov. Lalo Matugas issued EO No. 21-032, s. 2021 reinstating EO No. 21-010, s. 2021 (An Order Establishing Mandatory Protocols and Requirements for Travellers Going to the Province of Surigao del Norte) with the following salient features:
- EO No. 21-030, s. 2021 is hereby LIFTED effective on 31 August 2021;
- Reiteration of travel protocols and requirements in Siargao Island Airport and Surigao City Airport;
- Reiteration of travel protocols and requirements in seaports and other points of entry;
- Reiteration of post antigen test for tourists and private APORs;
- Reiteration on setting-up of random municipal and barangay checkpoints;
- Reiteration on activation of BHERTs; and
- Reiteration of additional mandatory travel requirement for the people coming from the Province of Dinagat Islands.
