While conducting night patrols along along Suaybaguio corner Mirafuentes, Brgy. Magugpo North, Tagum City.
Tagum Motorcops held a male motorcycle driver at about 10:00 am namely Renante L Gozon, 32 years old, married, member of MNLF and a resident of Purok 10, Barangay Limbaan, New Corella, Davao Del Norte.
Gozon was arrested for violation of R.A 10591. Subject person brought with him a COLT .45 inserted with one magazine loaded with eight live ammunitions while driving his black HONDA TMX without plate attached.
He was arrested because he failed to present any pertinent documents authorizing him to own and possess the said firearm and ammunitions. A case for violation to RA 10591 is now prepared for inquest proceeding.
