Be informed that at about 6:30 PM of September 1, 2020, PNP personnel of Leon B. Postigo Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PSSg. Reynald G. Estoconing conducted law enforcement operation at Brgy. Poblacion, Leon B. Postigo, Zamboanga del Norte and arrested Marvin Rada Aropo, 25 years old and a resident of said place.
Subject was arrested by virtue of Warrant Of Arrest for the crime of Murder, docketed under Criminal Case No. S-6147 issued by Judge CHERRY JOY C. CONCHA- AGEAS, of RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 11, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte dated August 28, 2020 with no bail recommended.
Arrested wanted person is now under the custody at Leon B, Postigo MPS for proper disposition.
