Be informed that at about 8:40 PM of September 1, 2020, PNP personnel of Baliguian Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PCPT. RENE B. SAGAN-ACOP together with 905th, RMFB9 led by PLT. JENNIFER E. BUCO and 2nd ZNPMFC led by Pat Gardson Dela Pena conducted law enforcement operation at Brgy. Kilalaban, Baliguian, Zamboanga del Norte and arrested Lito Dangcal Surigan, 58 years old and a resident of said place.
Subject was arrested by virtue of Warrant Of Arrest for Violation of Section 69 of PD 1559 in relation to Sec. 7 of R. A 7161 in Criminal Case No. 2020-07-07(1997) issued by Judge Anthony D Isaw, of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 27, Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte, dated August 4, 2020 with bail bond amounting to ₱ 120,000.00.
Arrested wanted person is now in custody of Baliguian MPS for proper disposition.
