Please be informed that at about 7:20 AM of August 27, 2020, personnel of 1st ZNPMFC led by PLT. JOEL BANICO DIAO-Intel Officer in coordination with Roxas Municipal Police Station (MPS) conducted law enforcement at Sitio Tiyong, Brgy. Situbo, Pres. M.A. Roxas, Zamboanga del Norte and arrested Jerry Ano-An Etam, 48 years old and a resident of said place.
Subject was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for Violation of Sec. 5 (i) of Relation RA 9262 docketed under CC No. 24107, issued by Judge Jose Rene G. Dondoyano, of Branch 7, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Dipolog City dated July 21, 2020 with bail bond amounting to ₱ 72,000.00.
Arrested person is now under the custody of 1st ZNPMFC for proper disposition.
