Be  informed that at about 2:00 PM of August 27, 2020, PNP personnel of Leon Postigo Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PSSg. Reynald G. Estoconing together with PSSg. Renante T. Icamina, PSSg. Momar H. Akil and PCpl. Sheila T. Fabillaran, left Station and proceeded to BJMP Sindangan District Jail, Brgy. Misoc, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte to serve the Warrant of Arrest against Jovin Bautista Casol (Respondent).
At about 5:15 PM of same date, the team successfully served the Warrant of Arrest against Jovin Bautista Casol, 19 years old, single, Jobless and a resident of Brgy. Poblacion, Leon B. Postigo, Zamboanga del Norte (Prisoner) at BJMP Sindangan District Jail for the crime of Theft, docketed under Criminal Case Number S-6092, dated July 14, 2020, issued by Jose Rene Dondoyano, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 11, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte with bail bond recommended amounting to ₱ 16,000.00 for his temporary liberty.
Said person is still under the custody of BJMP District Jail, Brgy. Misoc, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte who was previously arrested for the crime of RA 9165 which was operated by Leon B. Postigo MPS last December 19, 2016.
