Be informed that on or about 1:40 PM of August 27, 2020, Mahayag Municipal Police Station (MPS) personnel led by PCPT. RENANTE B. BENITEZ, ACOP with PCMS Alan A. Capadngan and PCMS Grace Mantos together with personnel of Sindangan Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PSMS John Henrick Ferolino – Intel PNCO, conducted joint Intel driven operation at Brgy. Poblacion, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte that resulted to the successful arrest of Joralyn Rodriguez Bragas, 39 years old, female, married, businesswoman and a resident of said place by virtue of warrant of arrest for Violation of BP 22 docketed under Criminal Case Nos. 5302-M and 5303-M, dated July 22, 2020, signed and issued by Crislyn C. Pangindian-Sancho, Presiding Judge, 11th MCTC, 9th Judicial Region, Mahayag, Zamboanga del Sur with bail bond for her temporary liberty is fixed in the amount of Eighteen Thousand Pesos (₱ 18,000.00) each.
Arrested wanted person was turned-over to Mahayag MPS for proper disposition.
