Be informed that at about 10:40 AM of August 27, 2020, Intel Operatives of Tampilisan Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PCpl. Reyen R. Aglag together with PCpl. Issaccar A. Cabrera conducted intelligence driven operation against other wanted person at Brgy. New Dapitan, Tampilisan, Zamboanga del Norte that resulted to the arrest of one Romel Aquino Bagolcol, 43 years old, married, construction worker and a resident of Brgy. New Dapitan, Tampilisan, Zamboanga del Norte, by virtue of Warrant Of Arrest for the crime of Acts of Lasciviousness in relation to RA 7610 docketed under Criminal Case number L-004005 and L-004006, dated July 17, 2020, issued by Anthony D.T. Isaw, Acting Presiding Judge, RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 28, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte with bail bond recommended for his temporary liberty fixed at ₱ 80,000.00.
That after effect of the arrest, the accused was properly inform by the nature of his offense and his rights vested in the constitution as well as his rights against Anti-Torture Law in a dialect he fully understood.
Said accused was place under police custody of Tampilisan MPS for proper documentation and disposition.
