The drug enforcement unit of Police Regional Office IX has arrested a total of seven (7) drug personalities, one of them a public school teacher in a separate drug buy bust operation conducted in Zamboanga City, Ipil, Dumalinao and Katipunan on August 22, 2020.
Reden Catalan Calalay, 27 years old, male, was arrested by operatives of Zamboanga City Police Station 4 in a drug buy-bust operation at Brgy. Mercedes, Zamboanga City at about 9:10 PM of August 22, 2020. Confiscated during the operation were four sachets of suspected shabu with estimated DDB value of ₱ 3,500.00 weighing more or less .4 grams, and three pcs. of One Hundred Peso bill used as marked money. He is now under the custody of said police station for proper disposition.
Jezu Roy Campos Ramos, 21 years old, male, was arrested by operatives of Zamboanga City Police Station 8 in a drug buy-bust operation at Brgy. Talon-talon, Zamboanga City at about 10:10 PM of August 22, 2020. Confiscated during the operation were three sachets of suspected shabu with estimated DDB value of ₱ 5,000.00 weighing more or less .5 grams, and five pcs. of One Hundred Peso bill used as marked money. He is now under the custody of said police station for proper disposition.
Ronald Villarcampo Rafael, 42 years old, male, was arrested by operatives of Zamboanga City Police Station 10 in a drug buy-bust operation at Brgy. Boalan, Zamboanga City at about 9:50 PM of August 22, 2020. Confiscated during the operation were three sachets of suspected shabu with estimated DDB value of ₱ 2,000.00 weighing more or less 0.003 grams, One-unit MC RUSI (color Black/Red) with Temp. Plate NO# 090103523867 and one pc. of Two Hundred Peso bill used as marked money. He is now under the custody of said police station for proper disposition.
Abdulsabtal Acoy Alip, 47 years old, male, was arrested by operatives of Zamboanga City Police Station 10 in a drug buy-bust operation at Brgy. Baliwasan Seaside, Zamboanga City at about 10:50 PM of August 22, 2020. Confiscated during the operation were five sachets of suspected shabu with estimated DDB value of ₱ 2,700.00 weighing more or less 0.39 grams, and two pcs. of One Hundred Peso bill used as marked money. He is now under the custody of said police station for proper disposition.
Yves Guillergan Omar, 22 years old, male, was arrested by operatives of Ipil Municipal Police Station (MPS) in a drug buy-bust operation at Purok Lanuza, Brgy. Pangi, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay at about 4:00 PM of August 22, 2020. Confiscated items were: four sachets of suspected shabu with estimated weight of more or less 0.224 grams with DDB value of ₱ 2,000.00, and one pc. of Five Hundred peso bill used as buy-bust money. He is now under the custody of Ipil MPS for proper disposition.
Henry Dominic Calimot Paglinawan, 36 years old, single, teacher was arrested by Zamboanga del Sur Police Provincial Office – Drugs Enforcement Unit, Dumalinao Municipal Police Station (MPS), PDEA and Pagadian City Police Station during joint drug buy-bust operation at Purok Liberty, Brgy. Gatas, Pagadian City at about 12:20 PM of August 22, 2020. Confiscated during operation were: nine sachets of suspected shabu more or less 6 grams with an estimated market value of ₱ 40,800.00; one pc. of Five Hundred Peso bill used as marked money. He is now under the custody of Dumalinao MPS for proper disposition.
Argel Lagas Guevara, 30 years old, was arrested by operatives of Katipunan Municipal Police Station (MPS) in a drug buy-bust operation at Brgy. Uno, Katipunan, Zamboanga del Norte at about 12:40 PM of August 22, 2020. Confiscated during operation were; nine sachets of suspected shabu with estimated weight: 3.0 grams with estimated Street value of ₱ 18,000.00 and one pc. Five-hundred-peso bill. He is now under the custody of Katipunan MPS for proper disposition.
