MDRRMC Tampakan headed by Hon. Leonard Escobillo, RN with Municipal Administrator/ MDRRMO-Designate Ms. Minihaha C. Dacoroon-Escobillo, LLB, and MDRRMC Liaison Officer Ms. Stela Pascua
together with Tampakan Rescue Unit, 1205th MC, RMFB XII, and PNP Tampakan responded to a flash flood incident at Purok Sun Flower B, Brgy. Lampitak, Tampakan, South Cotabato.
As informed by Mandarin Base Communication immediately the rescue team aboarded the rescue vehicle with complete rescue equipment proceeded to the area. The team assisted the affected families thereby instructed them to evacuate to the Lampitak Brgy Gym temporarily to ensure their safety.
MDRRMC Liaison Officer Ms. Stela Pascua advised them to be in the temporary evacuation until further instructions have been made. The incident was also coordinated with the Brgy. officials and concerned agencies for proper endorsement and assistance.
Hon. Mayor Leonard Escobillo thru the MDRRMC Office provided Food items to the affected 28 families of the said incident.
