Davao del Norte: As community quarantine continues in nationwide due to COVID outbreak, four drug pushers still pushed through with their illegal activities.
On March 25, 2020, Sto. Tomas Municipal Police Station and Panabo City Police Station conducted drug buy-bust at Brgy. Tibal-og and Brgy. San Francisco respectively.
a.) Jecrey Lumuntad Dizon Alias Dodong, 18 years old, single, jobless, and a resident of Purok 3, Barangay Panaga, Colosas, Paqubato Dist., Davao City;
b.) Upsilon Ledama Langca-ag (DI Watchlist), male, 26 years old, single, work as packer, and a resident of Purok 4 Barangay San Jose, Sto Tomas, Davao del Norte;
c.) Rodrhyk Cuenca Aniñon (DI Watchlist), male, 21 years old, single, unemployed, and a resident of Purok 2 Barangay San Jose, Sto Tomas, Davao del Norte;
d.) Roger Lacebi Cedeño (DI Watchlist), male, 43 years old, married, banana quality inspector, and a resident of Purok 1-A Menzi, Barangay Tibal-og, Sto Tomas, Davao del Norte.
Confiscated from the possession and control of the suspect were:
a. three (3) pieces heat-sealed transparent sachet containing suspected white crystalline substance “shabu”;
b. two (2) pieces heat-sealed transparent sachet containing suspected shabu;
c. one (1) medium heat-sealed transparent sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu recovered from the possession and control of Rodrhyk Cuenca Aniñon.
d. marked money three (3) pieces Five Hundred Peso (Php500.00) bill; d.one (1) unit color black Suzuki Raider 150 bearing plate number 8433 YG;
e. one (1) piece MK2 grenade wrapped in a color dark brown face towel which was placed inside a backpack;
f. one (1) improvised tooter. The suspects and seized pieces of evidence were brought at respected stations for recording and proper disposition.
