Police operatives of Zamboanga City Police Station 7 and 903rd Company of RMFB9 conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Lacasteville, Brgy. Pasonanca, Zamboanga City at 7:45 PM of December 24, 2020.
PBGEN Ronaldo Genaro E Ylagan, PRO9 Regional Director said the operation resulted in the arrest of Christian Rae Mecolob Tuban, 17 years old, male, single; and Lance Asuncion Langford, 16 years old, male, single both residents of Manuela’s, Brgy. Pasonanca, Zamboanga City.
They were arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for violation of ART 266-A (1) as amended by R.A. 8353 (Rape), docketed under criminal case nr. 45849, issued and signed by Presiding Judge Hon. Peter V. Eisma, Branch 15, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Zamboanga City, dated December 2, 2020 with no recommended bail bond.
They are now under the temporary custody of Zamboanga City Police Station 7 for proper disposition. (PCpt. Edwin A. Duco, Chief Public Information Officer)
