Police operatives of Zamboanga City Police Station 7 led by PCPT. Albin T. Cabayacruz conducted a Buy-bust operation on Illegal Drugs at Bypass road, Brgy. Tugbungan, Zamboanga City at about 6:00 PM of December 1, 2020.
The operation resulted to the arrest of Salvanie Espartero y Magdatu, (Database Listed as previously arrested by Zamboanga City Police Station 7), 38 years old, male, married, college level, private security, of Gov. Ramos, Brgy. Sta. Maria, Zamboanga City and Reiner Bella y Ladjahasan, 36 years old, male, married, college graduate, credit investigator at LED Corporation, resident of Plainview drive, Brgy. Tetuan, Zamboanga City.
Recovered from their possession were Twelve (12) heat sealed plastic sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated DDB value of ₱ 6,000.00 weighing more or less 0.88 gram, one (1) coin purse color brown and Two (2) bills of ₱ 100.00 as marked money.
Subject persons are now under the custody of said police station in preparation of filing of appropriate charges in court.
All recovered items will be brought to Zamboanga City Crime Lab Office.
