14 New Cases Recorded: Bicol Region Covid-19 Cases Reach 302

The Department of Health Center for Health Development (DOH CHD) – Bicol records fourteen (14) new confirmed cases of COVID-19. The total number of COVID-19 cases recorded in Bicol Region is now three hundred two (302). Active cases are one hundred fifty-three (153).

Of the 14 new cases, five (5) are from Camarines Sur, five (5) are from Naga City, two (2) from Albay and one (1) from Catanduanes and Sorsogon.

  • Bicol#289 – 22-year old Filipino female from Naga City. Her history of exposure and status are for verification. She first experienced symptoms on July 9, 2020 and consulted on July 21, 2020. Bicol#289 is a registrar assistant.
  • Bicol#290 – a 29-year old Filipino female from Camaligan, Camarines Sur. Her history of exposure is for verification. She first experienced symptoms on July 21, 2020 and consulted the same day at Bicol Medical Center (BMC). Bicol#290 is a bank employee.
  • Bicol#291 – a 34-year old Filipino male who currently resides in Goa, Camarines Sur. His permanent address is Pili, Camarines Sur. He had a history of travel from Canada and Cebu, and arrived on July 6, 2020. His history of exposure is for verification. He first experienced symptoms on July 19, 2020. He is admitted at Bicol Medical Center (BMC). Bicol#291 is a seafarer.
  • Bicol#292 – a 30-year old Filipino female who currently resides in Naga City. Her history of exposure is for verification. She first experienced symptoms on July 15, 2020 and consulted at Bicol Medical Center (BMC) on July 22, 2020. Bicol#292 is a pharmacy assistant.
  • Bicol#293 – a 28-year old Filipino female from Calabanga, Camarines Sur. Her history of exposure is for verification. She first experienced symptoms on July 8, 2020, and consulted on July 22, 2020 at Bicol Medical Center (BMC). Bicol#293 is a pharmacy assistant.
  • Bicol#294 – a 73-year old Filipino male from Legazpi City, Albay. He first experienced symptoms on July 13, 2020 and consulted on July 20, 2020. He is admitted at Bicol Regional Training and Teaching Hospital (BRTTH).
  • Bicol#295 – a 29-year old Filipino female from Pilar, Sorsogon. She arrived from Sta. Rosa, Laguna on July 12, 2020. She is asymptomatic and is quarantined at an LGU quarantine facility. Bicol#295 is a production operator.
  • Bicol#296 – a 26-year old Filipino male from Camaligan, Camarines Sur. His history of exposure and status are for verification. He first experienced symptoms on July 13 and consulted on July 22, 2020 at Bicol Medical Center (BMC). Bicol#296 is a bank employee.
  • Bicol#297 – a 25-year old Filipino female from Naga City. Her date of arrival from Pasig City is for verification. She is asymptomatic and is quarantined. Bicol#297 is a production aide.
  • Bicol#298 – a 31-year old Filipino male from Naga City. He arrived from Dubai on July 12, 2020. He is asymptomatic and his status is for verification. Bicol#298 is an OFW.
  • Bicol#299 – a 28-year old Filipino male from Virac, Catanduanes. He arrived from Dubai on July 1, 2020. He is asymptomatic and is quarantined at an LGU quarantine facility. Bicol#299 is waiter.
  • Bicol#300 – a 21-year old Filipino female from Guinobatan, Albay. She arrived from Pasig City on July 11, 2020. She is asymptomatic and is quarantined at an LGU quarantine facility.
  • Bicol#301 – a 52-year old Filipino male whose current address is in Tigaon, Camarines Sur. He arrived from Quezon City on July 14, 2020. He is asymptomatic and is quarantined at an LGU quarantine facility.
  • Bicol#302 – a 16-year old Filipino female from Naga City. Her date of arrival from Tarlac and status are for verification. She first experienced symptoms on July 19, 2020.

Releasing of other details about the said patients is at the discretion of the Local Government Units (LGUs) concerned guided by the provisions of the Data Privacy Act.
