1. ZDS 618 – A 24 y.o. old female, a government employee from Purok 4, Happy Valley, Tambulig, Zamboanga del Sur. With history of exposure in the workplace. Symptomatic. Rapid Antigen Result: Positive. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 13, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently isolated in the Covid Isolation Unit of a Tambulig. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
2. ZDS 619 – A 75 y.o. old female, from Purok Mangga 1, Lantian, Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur. Without history of travel/exposure to a confirmed COVID-19 case. Symptomatic with comorbid illness. Rapid Antigen Result: Positive. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 12, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. For possible transfer to a Covid Isolation Unit. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
3. ZDS 620 – A 31 y.o. old male, a government employee from Purok Maabtikon, Paglaum, Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur. Without history of travel/exposure to a confirmed COVID-19 case. Symptomatic. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 16, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently isolated in the Covid Isolation Unit of Dumalinao. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
4. ZDS 621 – A 16 y.o. old female, from Crossing, Camalig, Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur. Without history of travel/exposure to a confirmed COVID-19 case. Symptomatic. Rapid Test Result: IGM and IGG Reactive. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 16, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently isolated in the Covid Isolation Unit of Dumalinao. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
5. ZDS 622 – A 54 y.o. old male, a government employee from Purok Mangga, Riverside, Tambulig, Zamboanga del Sur. With history of exposure in the workplace. Symptomatic. Rapid Antigen Test Result: Positive. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 13, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently isolated in the Covid Isolation Unit of Tambulig. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
6. ZDS 623 – A 15 y.o. old female, from Purok 3, Happy Valley, Tambulig, Zamboanga del Sur. A close contact of ZDS 564. Symptomatic. Rapid Antigen Test Result: Negative. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 13, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. For possible transfer to a Covid Isolation Unit. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
7. ZDS 624 – A 44 y.o. old male, from Purok 3, Happy Valley, Tambulig, Zamboanga del Sur. A close contact of ZDS 564. Symptomatic. Rapid Test Result: Nonreactive. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 13, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. For possible transfer to a Covid Isolation Unit. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.

Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.

Currently admitted in a Covid Isolation Unit of a Government Hospital since November 15, 2020. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
10. ZDS 627 – A 47 y.o. old male, from Purok 1 Mapa Elubon, Kabatan, Vincenzo Sagun, Zamboanga del Sur. Without history of travel/exposure to a confirmed COVID-19 case. Asymptomatic. Rapid Antigen Test taken last November 15, 2020. Result: Positive and declared as COVID-19 Confirmed Positive. Currently admitted in a Covid Isolation Unit of a Government Hospital since November 15, 2020. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
