ZDS 149 – A 47 y.o male, private employee from Purok Esmeralda-A Bonifacio Extension, San Jose, Pagadian City. With no history of travel to areas with known COVID-19 transmission or exposure to a confirmed COVID-19 positive case. IgM reactive in the rapid diagnostic test and with complained of cough, thus, naso/oropharyngeal swab taken last October 15, 2020. Result came in today that yields Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently confined in the COVID isolation unit in one of the government hospital in Pagadian City. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
ZDS 150 – A 54 y.o. female, a government employee from Purok Subida, Dao, Pagadian City. No history of travel to areas with known COVID-19 transmission or exposure to a confirmed COVID-19 positive case. Sought medical advice in one of the private health facility in Pagadian City last October 11, 2020 due to cough. Rapid diagnostic test was conducted twice with non-reactive results. Chest x-ray revealed a community acquired pneumonia. She was advice for admission and a naso/oropharyngeal swab was performed last October 12, 2020 that yields Positive for SARS-COV-2 as received today. At present, still confined in the said private health facility. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
ZDS 151 – A 33 y.o. female, working in one of the private health facility in Pagadian City and from Purok Bougainvillea, Upper Pulacan, Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur. No history of travel to areas with known transmission of Covid-19 but is a close contact of ZDS 114 previously confined in the said health facility last October 7,2020.With co morbid illness ( diabetic and asthmatic) . IgG-IgM reactive and with complained of cough. A naso/oropharyngeal swab was performed last October 13, 2020; result came in today: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently isolated in the Municipal Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility. Contact tracing by our health authorities is on-going.
ZDS 152 – A 72 y.o. female from Purok Sto. Nino, Libertad, Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur. No history of travel to areas with known COVID 19 transmission or exposure to a confirmed COVID-19 positive case. Admitted in a private health facility in Pagadian City last October 12, 2020 due to body malaise, cough, loss of appetite and shortness of breath. She is also asthmatic. A naso/oropharyngeal swab was performed last October 14, 2020. Result received today: Positive for SARS-COV-2. She was transferred to a secondary level, government hospital where she is now currently confine. Contact tracing by our health authorities is ongoing.
ZDS 153 – An 83 year old male from Poblacion B, Midsalip, Zamboanga del Sur. No history of travel to areas with known local transmission or exposure to a confirmed COVID 19 positive case. Admitted in a private health facility in Pagadian City last October 14, 2020 due to cough, body weakness and shortness of breath. Chest x-ray done but with pending result. Naso/oropharyngeal swab was performed on the same day. Result came in today that yields Positive for SARS-C0V-2. Currently confined in the said private health facility. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
ZDS 154 –A 47 y.o. male, government employee from Brentwood Subdivision, Kagawasan, Pagadian City. With history of travel to areas with known COVID-19 transmission and an exposure to a confirmed positive case last September 30, 2020 in a small gathering. Sought medical advice in a private health facility where a rapid diagnostic test was conducted and with an IgG-IgM reactive result. He also complained of cough and shortness of breath (also asthmatic). Naso/oropharyngeal swab was performed last October 15, 2020 that yields Positive for SARS-COV-2 as received today. Still confined in the said private health facility as of this report. Contact tracing by our health authorities is ongoing.
ZDS 155 –A 67 y. o. female, working in a private school institution, from Gov. Ariosa St. San Francisco, Pagadian City. No history of travel to areas with known COVID-19 transmission but a close contact of ZDS 128 and has co-morbid illnesses (known diabetic and hypertensive). Complained of shortness of breath that started last October 9, 2020 and a rapid diagnostic test was conducted with an IgM reactive result. A naso/oropharyngeal swab was performed that yields positive for SARS-COV -2 as received today. Currently confined in the COVID ISOLATION unit in one of the government hospital in Pagadian City. Contact tracing by our health authorities is ongoing.
ZDS 156 – A 52 y.o. female from Purok Malipayon, Pag-asa, Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur. No history of travel to areas with known COVID-19 transmission or exposure to a confirmed COVID-19 case. Onset of symptoms started last October 9, 2020, thus, sought medical attention two (2) days after where rapid diagnostic test was conducted with IgM reactive result. Naso/ oropharyngeal swab was performed last October 13, 2020. Result came in today: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Unfortunately, she passed away this early morning. Post mortem care done based on COVID protocols. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on going.
ZDS 157 –A 59 y.o male from Purok Waling-Waling, Napolan, Pagadian City. No history of travels to areas known with COVID-19 transmission or exposure to confirmed COVID-19 positive case. Complained of cough and shortness of breath that started last October 13, 2020. Sought medical consult where chest xray was done with pending result and a naso/oropharyngeal swab was also performed on the same day. Result received today: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently confined in the Covid isolation unit of Zamboanga del Sur Medical Center. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is ongoing.
