The Iriga City Government, under the leadership of Mayor Rex C. Oliva, commends Barangay Sagrada Iriga City-CFAG Cam Sur for securing the Overall Championship in the 2025 Regional Fire Olympics held on March 19, 2025, at the Capitol Complex, Cadlan, Pili, Camarines Sur.

Organized by BFP Region V in partnership with the Provincial Government of Camarines Sur, the event gathered Community Fire Auxiliary Groups (CFAGs) from across the region to demonstrate their firefighting skills, rescue techniques, and emergency response capabilities.

The Regional Fire Olympics is an annual competition that tests the readiness and efficiency of fire volunteers and community responders in handling emergencies.

Barangay Sagrada CFAG’s victory highlights Iriga City’s commitment to fire safety and disaster preparedness, setting a benchmark for other communities in the region.
