Sustained enforcement of COVID-19 protocols yielded 210 violations Monday, August 30, according to the Zamboanga City Police Office.
Failure to present quarantine pass or valid ID remains top on the list with 147 violations, followed by curfew offenses – 26, non-wearing of face shield – 16, non-wearing of face mask – 12, non-observance of physical distancing – 7, and use of unauthorized helmet – 2.
With the presence of variants of concern, the public is again reminded to strictly follow the minimum public health standards and quarantine guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the city. (photo credits: ZCPO)
