Mayor John Dalipe is delighted to receive the Gawad Parangal from the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) through the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) during the flag ceremony Monday at City Hall grounds.
The Certificate of Recognition was presented to Mayor Dalipe for his unwavering support for cooperatives by creating conditions for effective partnerships effectiveness and providing financial support for cooperative development programs and initiatives.
