The Justo y Decente (JD) Programs are a way of bringing free basic services to the locality and now are in Barangay Maasin, west coast of the city on July 8, 2023. In tandem with other services from the National Government, the JD Programs ensure that no ZamboangueƱo is left behind.

The services under the JD Programs include services for: legal, health, agricultural, civil, veterinary, as well as free bloodletting and typing by the Philippine Red Cross; free haircut, feeding program by the Zamboanga City Police Office; PAG-IBIG services such as free registration, loan application, loyalty card services, free consultation and assistance; free Social Security System services such as issuance of SSS number, SSS registration and account resetting, inquiry and verification of SSS records, PRN generation, member data request, member assistance on SSS benefits, annual confirmation of pensioners; and the Philhealth services such as member registration, verification and updating of records, and replacement of lost Philhealth ID with affidavit; and the free haircut for 150 kids and feeding program for 200-500 kids feeding program by the 302nd Squadron PCGA Marine Batallion and the Philippine National Police.

The JD Programs are Mayor John Dalipe’s initiatives to serve the locals for a wider reach, bringing the services closer to the constituents themselves. The event is timely and also serves as the culmination of Mayor John Dalipe’s first year of assumption anniversary festivities.
